Burger and fries may raise asthma

Burger & Fries may trigger asthma claims a recent report. In addition to put-on weight, it also alleviates the levels of asthma. Also a rise in case of asthma has been noticed in western countries and the supposed reason for the same is due to intake of high-fat diets. The present stats claims that there has been a steady rise in case of asthmatic patients by 75 percent from the year 1980-1994 as reported according to the American stats which recorded34.1 million cases of asthma.

Also cutting down upon fatty foods may control asthma thus resulting a dip in breathlessness, coughing and wheezing. This was further confirmed by a test that was performed on 40 patients who were fed with high-fat meal, consisting of burgers and hash browns, or a low-fat meal of yogurt. The reports suggested that people who ate high fat meal had higher chances of inflammation in comparison to those who ate low fat diet, thus proving the hypothesis to be true to its last word.
